Hailing from Mombasa, I developed a love for the arts at a relatively young age. Growing up with my uncles, I was introduced to the music of Michael Jackson which instilled in me an early appreciation for rhythm & the kind of feeling that only music can give.

The seeds of artistry (music & fine art) were first planted in primary school but it wasnโ€™t until after high school that I evolved from mere connoisseur to practitioner โ€“ with Hip Hop the centrepiece of my repertoire.

my 2 mixtapes: โ€œdARKsOUL I: 5 Shots To The Heartโ€ & โ€œdARKsOUL II: iLLicit Bluesโ€ are evidence of this. My journey through art goes on.
In addition, Iโ€™m a proud author of the critically-acclaimed poetry anthology โ€œThoughts of a Patient Man Breakingโ€ โ€“ self-published through The 4185 Press.
Iโ€™m also a fine artist, dabbling in acrylic painting & pencil sketches.
